Our living situations provide maintenance free environments, as well as accommodations for you to live just as you did before. We are a unique type of retirement community by offering both solutions for your retirement, because our community also includes a dining hall, chapel, Assisted Living, club house, gym, and more.
Recreation
Our unique atmosphere of fellowship and caring, coupled with a full schedule of planned activities and excursions, provides residents with numerous ways to enjoy themselves and each other. Amenities available include a heated screened-in swimming pool and spa, exercise room, and library. Also, residents are welcome to bring pets (up to 20 lbs.)

Spiritual Atmosphere
At the center of the community stands the Alliance Chapel, symbolizing the importance of the spiritual life in residents’ all-around well-being. Here the Christian atmosphere is active with a full-time chaplain and a full schedule of services, Bible study groups, opportunities for outreach, concerts, and counseling services. A number of volunteer opportunities are also available for those who would like to serve.
Beautiful DeLand
If you’ve ever had the pleasure of living in or visiting central Florida, then perhaps you’re acquainted with our lovely city of DeLand. Home of Stetson University, Florida’s oldest private university, DeLand is shaded by an abundant canopy of glorious oak trees and is lush with Floridian vegetation. While it possesses the cultural and convenient benefits of a larger city, DeLand is known for its historic character and small-town charm.
Attractions
You need not travel far to have fun boating, camping, picnicking, swimming, scuba diving, or fishing on the wonderful St. Johns River, or at one of the nearby state parks. And with the warm climate, golfers will love the championship courses in Volusia County. Within a short drive are some of the best destinations in Florida, if not the entire world. Daytona Beach’s glorious Atlantic shores and auto-racing attractions are a mere 25 minutes away. A little further up the coast is St. Augustine, America’s oldest city. About an hour south of DeLand, you’ll find the theme parks and world-class attractions of Orlando.
